Cheribundi, "the cherry people" is a company that produces all natural, fresh from the orchard tart cherry juice drinks. They have a gentle juicing process that does not "boil" all the nutrients away. The drinks have 5-20 pressed cherries per bottle. Wow! I could actually pronounce and understand everything that goes into this juice. Cheribundi has had these drinks tested by athletes that have revealed a daily regimen of this superfruit juice can aid pro-athletes to anyone trying to stay active, fit and healthy.

Thank you Cheribundi for sending me eleven of your cherry juice and tea drinks to review. There were so many delicious sounding flavors to try, I had a hard time deciding which I was going to drink first. I put a few in the fridge and decided on trying the Cherry Lemonade first. I drink a lot of water and don't care for real sweet drinks, so I was pleasantly surprised with the tart yet flavorful taste. I must mention again I love the simple, natural, ingredients. This is important to me. I don't like to consume things full of chemicals and ingredients that I have no clue about. So far, I have also tried the Cherry Pomegranate, Cherry Blueberry and the Cherry Green Tea. Here is a picture of the Cherry Blueberry in a glass. This stuff is DELICIOUS! My favorite for sure.  Look at the color! This is a natural fruit color. No artificial dyes and no big sugary taste. It contains 25% juice and 20 cherries per bottle. The blueberry and pomegranate taste was not over powered by the cherry flavor like I thought it might be. I could taste these flavors as well. These both have a awesome taste! The Cherry Green Tea has a lighter taste to it that I enjoyed as well.

I can see myself serving this to company. I mean, look at the color! I would be proud to impress my guests with a beautiful ice cold glass of this juice on a warm day. Don't you just want to drink that? I did. It is so so good! Luckily, you can order your own on Amazon through their shop, or on the official Cheribundi website. You can also use the tool on the Cheribundi website to look up a retailer near you that carries Cheribundi products. When I did this it brought up Wegmans for my local retailer. You can't miss the bottle. The label has a nice bright look to it. I thank you again Cheribundi. I look forward to sampling the rest of your awesome juice!

Okay, how many of you have made this? I love it! my husband even likes it. What I love even more is how incredibly easy it is to make! This recipe is all over the internet, but I wanted to post it just in case someone missed it!
All you need is a box of angel food cake mix and a 20 oz can of crushed pineapple. Dump the cake mix and can of crushed pineapple in a mixing bowl (use a large bowl to allow room for it to froth up) and stir by hand until mixed thoroughly. You will notice it taking on a life of it's own, foaming and frothing, rising into a big bowl of airy, fluffy delicious-ness!
Spray the bottom of a 9x13 pan, pour cake mixture into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
That's it! So light, a perfect summer dessert. No heavy cake feel that is made with eggs and oil.
Here is what I do though....after the cake is cool, I ice it with the new Cool Whip Vanilla Icing! If you are going to ice this cake, let me tell you, it is the PERFECT choice!

I am always looking for a quick way to eat a healthy breakfast. I am not always good about eating breakfast because one, I just want to drink copious amounts of coffee, and two, I just don't feel like messing with it. My doctor told me that eating oatmeal was a great way to keep my cholesterol in check so when I saw the perfect portions, AND better yet, had a coupon for it, I grabbed some.

I chose the Maple and Cinnamon flavors. I love that I can control how big of a bowl I want to eat. Those little oatmeal packets are fine, but sometimes I want just a little bit more, but not 2 packets. Another bonus to this oatmeal is that they have great flavor but no sugar added. You control the sweetness and what kind of sweetener you want. I use Splenda. My kids use sugar. I also enjoy adding blueberries, raisins, or craisins to my oatmeal. You can add whatever you like of course. Make your perfect bowl of Oatmeal. Oh, and the Cinnamon is my favorite. The maple is good too but I just LOVE cinnamon.
You fix this Oatmeal like you would the instant Oatmeal packets. Add how much you want to a bowl...

Then, add how much water you want. I don't measure anything I just add water until it looks right. Add more if you want it runnier, less if you want it thick. Personally, I don't like it thick. Then I microwave for about 1 1/2 minute,  then add my sweetener and skim milk. That is it! So quick and easy! It is delicious. I really like it and hope Quaker keeps making this.
The only down side I can say about this product is the sodium content. It has 220 mg's per 1/2 cup serving! So, if you are watching Sodium intake this product probably wouldn't be for you. Personally, for the convenience and taste, I recommend it. As you can see by the amount in my bowl, I don't eat a huge portion of it anyways. Thank you for this product Quaker!

I had the opportunity to try Kellogg's new flavors of their Rice Krispie treats this weekend, & was lucky enough to have my brother over at the time to help me out!
They introduced 2 new flavors,Double Chocolatey Chunk, & Buttery Toffee. We tried them both, & ended up deciding on a favorite. I have to admit though, it wasn't easy.
The Chocolately Chunk treat has big chunks of chocolate on top, and even a chocolate coated bottom. The Butter Toffee has Toffee flavored pieces on top,and is drizzled with chocolate.
We tried the butter toffee flavor first. It was sweet, & definitely had a toffee flavor. It was good. Definitely a great flavor. I'd buy it again [and again, and again.]

We tried the Chocolatey Chunk flavor next, & were pleasantly surprised by how good they tasted. I don't like the taste of artificial chocolate, so I'm always afraid to try anything except fresh baked treats, that I know are made with real chocolate. The taste of these Chocolately Chunk treats were very, very, very good. I would most likely buy these all the time, too.

Now, I was pretty sure I've tried these before, but the box said "New Flavor", so I have no idea what I had tried in the past. Maybe they weren't "Double" Chocolately Chunk.. who knows..
The verdict is in... we pick Double Chocolately Chunk as our favorite flavor out of the two. Though, both were VERY good & we would definitely purchase these in the future!

These treats are about $2 a box at most retailers, & Kellogg's offers money saving coupons for their products on their website.

I made this dish for my husband and I and it was SO quick, easy, and delicious! I accompanied it with some Spinach Feta Crescent Rolls that were also awesome! I will post that recipe next. It was the perfect dinner without too much fuss but certainly didn't lack taste! the flavors in this are DEEELISH! I found this recipe on pbs.org

Ingredients:
1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp oregano
2 cloves of garlic
1/4 tsp salt
pinch of red pepper flakes
3/4 cup feta cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Heat the oil over medium heat in a large skillet and add the garlic. Saute for about one minute. until fragrant, then add the can of tomatoes. Simmer for another three minutes.
Place raw shrimp in an oven proof dish and pour sauce over the top. Crumble feta over the sauce and bake 15-20 minutes until shrimp are done.
Serve with pasta or just a good loaf of sour dough bread!

This recipe is awesome! It is a favorite of both my family and Jess's. It has worked it's way into my dinner rotation, the kids request it every week and there is never a morsel left! I love it for it's simplicity and great taste. It is one of those recipes that I always have all of the ingredients for. I serve on rice, and a side of fresh broccoli. I hope your family enjoys this as much as mine. This recipe was originally found on Mel's Kitchen Cafe.

Ingredients:
3-4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and Pepper
1 cup of corn starch
2 large eggs, beaten
1/4 cup of canola or vegetable oil
Sauce:
3/4 cup of granulated sugar
4 tablespoons ketchup
1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic salt
Directions:
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. While oil is heating, cut the chicken breasts in 1 inch pieces. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Place the cornstarch in a gallon size ziploc bag. Put the chicken into the bag with the cornstarch and seal, tossing the chicken to coat. Whisk the eggs together in a shallow pie plate. Dip the cornstarch coated chicken pieces into the egg and place them carefully in a single later in the hot skillet. Cook 1-2 minutes on each side, until nicely golden but not cooked all the way through. Place in a single layer in a baking dish and repeat with remaining chicken pieces.
Sauce:
Mix the sauce ingredients together in a medium bowl and pour over the chicken in the baking dish. Bake for one hour, turning the chicken once or twice while cooking to coat evenly with sauce. Serve over hot steamed rice.
Note:
I use 6 chicken breasts, and double the sauce. You can also make extra sauce to pour over after baking by just simmering a extra batch in a saucepan on the stove for about 15-20 minutes.

The first thing you need to know about me, is that I do not like Greek Yogurt. I've tried [several] brands and just couldn't put up with the taste.

I decided to give it another try after hearing such great things about Chobani Greek Yogurt, so I contacted them & they were more than happy to send me a few coupons to allow me to try it out.
Picture
I was overwhelmed with the flavor selection they had at my local Grocery store, but finally decided on Honey, and Mango.
Picture
I decided to try the Honey Flavor first. I struggled to locate the Honey flavor in this yogurt. It tasted very plain and boring to me. I wanted to like it, but I didn't. That's okay, I knew if I added some flavor to it, it would be enjoyable.
Picture
Dickinson's Wild Maine Blueberry Syrup to the rescue. It's funny, I had this in my fridge, left over from the last time I went to Cracker Barrel with my family. We ended up getting so much food, it was impossible to finish. This Blueberry Syrup found a home in my purse, until I was able to get home and stick it in the fridge. I'm so glad I decided to keep it. It added SO much flavor to this yogurt, that it had me thinking of was eating Blueberry pie, in yogurt form!
Picture
It was sweet, creamy & very delicious! Though, I still couldn't taste the Honey at all.

Next was the Mango flavor. Since I wasn't impressed with the first selection, I didn't have high hopes with this flavor being that good, either. I still decided to try it though, because mango is one of my favorite fruits!
Picture
This time, I could tell this cup of yogurt was different. I saw big chunks of Mango in the bottom. I kept stirring and stirring, making sure to get all the mango goodness through out the entire cup of yogurt.

This cup of yogurt was by far the most delicious yogurt I've ever tasted. It was creamy, it was tart, it was sweet, it was smooth, it was chunky... it was ALL of those things. It was.. perfection. It was love at first bite. I didn't want to ever get to the bottom of the cup, because I knew if I did, it was all gone.

This yogurt retails for about $1.29 a cup & can be found at many retailers through out the United States. There are great Money Saving offers on their website, as well as great deals at local Grocery stores.

I'm giving this brand an overall rating of 4/5 stars. The Quality is very high. You can tell this company loves yogurt & knows how to create it. The Price is about average for yogurt, but I would prefer to purchase it with a coupon or on sale. The only reason this got a 4/5 for packaging is because I wish that ALL yogurts had a resealable top, because I can usually never finish an entire cup, unless, of course, I purchase the Mango flavor!
